Did you know that type of yoga that promotes healing the fastest is Ashtanga

But the secret to a speedy recovery
lies in the How and WHERE you do it.

More on That later.

when implemented properly Ashtanga
is the single fastest type of healing yoga

it rids you of the physical, emotional,
mental pain and stress created in our
busy lives.

Ashtanga Yoga is the shortest track
to healing your body the natural way.

Let me explain; So what’s so special about Ashtanga Yoga?

Ashtanga Yoga is a system of yoga popularized by K. Pattabhi Jois, and
is often promoted as a modern-day form of classical Indian yog.

Pattabhi Jois began his yoga studies in 1927 at the age of 12,
and by 1948 had established an institute for teaching the specific
yoga practice known as Ashtanga (Sanskrit for “eight-limbed”) Yoga.

I will teach you more about what the eight limbs are all about in the next e-mail.

So why is Ashtanga faster at healing than other types of yoga?

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is different from many yoga classes in the west in that
the order of poses is completely predefined.

These predefined poses are meant to maximize
relaxation, which in turn promotes concentration,
through the breath and ultimately healing.

An Ashtanga practice will comprise four main parts: an “opening sequence,” one
of the six main “series”, a back-bending sequence, and a set of
inverted postures, referred to as the “finishing sequence.”

Practice always ends with savasana,
or resting pose.

On my next e-mail I’m going to tell you
how to maximize your healing with the

Did you know WHERE you do yoga makes a
HUGE difference in your results?

Now you’re smart, and you love yoga.

Otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this.

So you might be asking “if yoga is
about your mind and body why would it
matter WHERE you do it?”

Let me tell you, it matters. Big-time.

Unless you are an amazingly advanced
yogi who has complete control over
your mind and body, you can massively
improve your healing results by doing
yoga in the best place for your healing

Why do you think all the great yogis
live in caves?

Only kidding…sort of.

So The WHERE you practice needs to have
the following characteristics;

-Calm nurturing environment
-Near flowing water (ocean, stream, waterfall)
-Fresh clean (pollution free) air
-Near rich plant life
-relaxing music or silence (no street noise)

The above qualities of the WHERE you
do Ashtanga Yoga will give you maximum
leverage in healing your body, mind,
emotions and spirit.

There are a few other ultimate important
ingredients, but more on that later.

It’s time to take your first step toward healing

Time to meditate, practice, or set your
