Other health clubs and classes can charges costly monthly fees. You need to bring your own water, towel, a sticky yoga mat and an open mind. You are then ready to go.

The best thing is that I will never have to go to another health club. I have developed long lasting friendships with many people I take classes with, because we all keep coming back.
