I'm not an excercise fan, but love yoga.

Though I'm definitely not an excercise fan, I love my yoga sessions at Downtown Yoga. The Gentle Awakening classes are just that: a great way to start my day, feeling relaxed and happy. I always feel great after a session. The instructors are patient and considerate, and every class is different. And the price is just wonderful! Welcome to Barrio Amón, Downtown Yoga!

The best!

I was thrilled when it opened because it's so close to where I live. But I soon found out that was only one of its advantages; the space is great, the atmosphere friendly and welcoming, and the instructors are WONDERFUL. Plus, there are so many different classes and schedules to choose from and classes are always small enough that you get individual attention (more than I've ever had anywhere else). I have to control myself to do only one class a day, I want to do them all!

I've been taking classes at Downtown Yoga for almost one month and at the minute I get into the studio it feels like home... the energy inside is AMAZING and it's exactly what we needed..an affordable and near place to practice yoga.. Amazing Yoga in San Jose

i just finished taking a great yoga class at a new studio called Downtown Yoga in San Jose. The instructor Adrianna took us through many restorative and relaxing yet challenging poses. After a day of traveling to get down here, I could not have chosen a more perfect class to be in. I feel so incredibly refreshed and relaxed and cannot wait to try more classes.

I have taken two classes with Jenni and they were first class. She is careful and patient to make sure you are in correct positions while making sure that you proceed to your own best place. I have taken yoga classes for many years and highly recommend her classes.

Finally! Somewhere to do yoga that is centrally located and doesn't cost a fortune! These are the BEST yoga classes I have ever been to. All the instructors are great, and have their own style, so every class is new. They also have a variety of classes, ranging from spiritual to athletic, so it really is any person's yoga spot! I love it! As long as I live in Costa Rica, I will be an avid student! Thank you so much downtown yoga! OH! The owner is pretty amazing too, so I always find out about the coolest things happening in San Jose! Bonus!

I took a "Yoga for Athletes" class last weekend and I'm definitly hooked. The instructor was articulate, patient and best of all, I felt amazing afterwards! I'm now a regular and can't wait to try all of the other types of yoga they have to offer. Cheers!
