I was practicing for 3 weeks with Dagmar in Montezuma, and it was the best YOGA experience so far in my life! I felt so incredibly healthy and free... all the fresh air, the sound of the ocean in the background... truly beautiful. Dagmar is such a lovely person, too. She creates a very personal atmosphere in class.

I spent three weeks practising with Montezuma Yoga and enjoyed it very much. My practice definitely improved during this time with positive input from Dagmar and Vidya. The beautiful surroundings, sounds of the ocean and jungle and open really enhance the whole experience and it is something I will never forget. I practice using Dagmar's DVD at home which I really enjoy and the during the meditation at the end, with the sound of the ocean, I can almost feel like im actually back in the Studio. Thanks Dagmar xx

I've been practicing yoga on and off for about 3 years. Practicing with Dagmar in Montezuma was unlike any other experience I've had with yoga. She is a wonderful teacher who has a light, positive energy and extensive knowledge about yoga and yogic philosophy. The setting was also unique... An open air studio that let in all of the beautiful smells of the ocean and the plants as well as the exotic sounds of the monkeys playing and other creatures. The sound of the rain on the tin roof only added to the wonderful experience.

As well as the most incredible setting, with the sounds of the sea and the wildlife, Dagmar is an amazing teacher. I learnt so much in my month in Montezuma and I miss it every single day. Best yoga classes I have ever attended.

I'm a 10 year dedicated yogi. I practiced here daily last November and found it a beautiful environment to practice in. The people were very welcoming, Some were regulars and some transient like me. The classes were flow based with the freedom to modify to your liking without feeling out of place or judged. I visit Costa Rica regulary and will most definitely come here again. I could not say enough about the quality of instructors, the location and facility. The atmosphere is idyllic, the instructor's are always friendly and go the extra mile to help me improve my practice.
