Description: We are a Hot Yoga studio located in the gorgeous area of the Prescott Dells, in Prescott Lakes Arizona. We are exclusively Hot Yoga and Qigong! we are a brand new studio with four instructors who love their practice and I am the owner and I am brand new to Yoga and I opened the studio to change my life by immersing myself in Yoga at 54 years young! I am brand new to Yoga and I am hoping that it changes my physical body so that I do not need two knee replacements and two hip replacements which I told I need. Yoga changes lives and I am going to be a walking talking testimony of this in the next two years!
