Sunshine State Yoga is located in the Southwest Florida area and offers yoga retreats, yoga teacher trainings, private and group classes, kirtan, and special workshops on things like Flying Yoga (Acro-yoga), didgeridoo playing, guitar and ukulele, and a lot more. SSY also offer retreats around the world. This Sept., 2010, SSY hosted a 3-week training at the Pura Vida Spa in Costa Rica, and will be returning there in June, 2011.
